We live in a world that is volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous.

Successful leaders are successful because of the conversations they have. They shift mindsets, move people to action, and are inclusive and balanced. They know that by changing the conversation, they can change minds.

Being on the wrong page, mixed messages, not getting through — what we call a ‘chocolate conversation’ — can seem like an endless, frustrating loop with no end in sight. It’s because we’re having the wrong kind of conversation. Or, we may just be having it poorly. Listening, balancing, and reframing are the ‘hows’ to a conversation that gains traction.

In the live-online Framing Conversations workshop, learn how to have better conversations that address unmet needs, establish new standards, and shape a new worldview. What you know, who you know, and who knows you are equally important. Unpack the keys to credibility, influence, and standing that drive your conversations.

How to meet unmet needs
